History

The office has evolved out of the office of the late René Delannoy, that had been created in 1972, and was located at Brugge, Sint-Jorisstraat 3, at that time. The late Bernard Raes, who had been appointed as a judicial officer in 1976, has been trained by Mr. René Delannoy. In 1982 Mr. Bernard Raes formed an association with the judicial officer Eddy Vynck, appointed in 1982, and in 2003 the association has been completed by the judicial officer Axel Leys. In May 2005 the association has moved to new premises at 8000 Brugge, Leopold II-laan 130.
